The brief

Answer the question: How best to approach the opening of a hotel during a global pandemic?

Our solution

In 2020 – in the midst of social distancing – champions of smart travel CityHub turned to us for a ‘new normal’ communications plan for the opening of its first international outpost in Copenhagen. With a messaging strategy focused on a balance of private and shared spaces, we presented CityHub Copenhagen as part of the solution to rethinking the issues facing the hospitality industry during the pandemic. Our media contacts were quick to pick up on both CityHub’s responsible design for shared spaces and its digital self-service concept.
